About RSP KAYAKThe evolution of paddling technique and equipment increases the need for land-based training that reproduces the high-speed, short-duration force application of on-water paddling. Shorter paddle cycles and faster boat speeds reduce the time available to apply force, increasing technical and muscular demands on the athlete.
WHAT IS RSP KAYAK?RSP KAYAK is an inertial training machine designed to reproduce the rapid force application and deceleration patterns encountered at high canoe/kayak speeds. The device forces athletes to perform high-speed repetitions and to control deceleration, simulating the timing and trunk rotation required to enter the water and transfer power efficiently.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS- Purpose: improve athlete ability to apply force during high-speed paddling sequences.
- Inertia adjustment: masses integrated in the disc with three training positions.
- Adjustable foot position to accommodate athlete height.
