Description

About RSP WALL GO
Fixed-radius isoinertial machines maintain a constant axis during the entire stroke, so variations in acceleration depend solely on the user’s applied force. Compared with conical-pulley systems, they provide slower, more controlled movements and longer time under tension. The 1×2 transmission increases required applied force and extends time under tension across the full range of motion. Lower acceleration also simplifies technique for users with limited inertial training experience, making the unit suitable for non-athlete populations who wish to benefit from isoinertial training.

Technical specifications
  • Designed to improve acceleration and braking capacity in upper-body pulling and pushing actions.
  • 1×2 transmission increases tension and time under load.
  • Moment of inertia adjustable via removable masses integrated in the disc; each mass represents 10% of the inertia.
  • Height-adjustable rope output.
  • Option for vertical rope exit.

Product data table
Size: 28 × 30 × 30 cm (height).
Weight: 5.5 kg.
Accessories: high-load pulleys (for high working densities); portability kit (to secure the unit to a solid structure such as goal, trellis, column).
Adaptations: customization for specific training needs.
Spare parts: chassis pulley; pulley for 1×2 transmission; rope (4 meters).

Standard equipment
  • RSP wall chassis
  • 2 eyebolts to vary rope output height
  • 1 eyebolt for vertical rope exit
  • 4 aluminium masses
  • Harken Carbo pulley Ø 29 mm mounted in chassis
  • 2 Harken Carbo pulleys Ø 40 mm for 1×2 transmission
  • 4 m high-performance rope with length adjuster
  • Hand grip
  • Wall mounting kit
  • Assembly manual

Additional information
The machine supports the full set of upper-body pulling and pushing exercises; correct rope run and body positioning are essential to maintain constant tension and to optimize the intended movement pattern.
