Description

About RSP KAYAK PORTABLE
RSP KAYAK PORTABLE is an isoinertial training machine developed to improve a paddler’s ability to apply force in short, high-speed cycles. It allows on-land training that reproduces the timing, deceleration and rapid force application required when a kayak is moving at race speeds, enabling coaches and clubs to work technical and power aspects away from water.

What is RSP KAYAK PORTABLE?
The device is an inertial trainer designed to train high-speed transitions between strokes: the athlete must brake the rotating inertia precisely to prepare the next repetition, simulating the situation when a paddle must be submerged and force applied in a very short window. The sequence mimics plyometric actions combined with trunk rotation and lateral adjustments, requiring controlled deceleration and accurate hand entry to maximize propulsion.
