Description

The Wireless Bluetooth Hand Switch is a Bluetooth 4.0 full‑duplex remote hand switch designed for X‑ray machines, offering reliable wall‑penetrating connection and multi‑step control for exposure and collimator functions. The system comprises a transmitting handle and a compact receiving terminal with relay outputs that integrate with the original machine wiring.

Key features
  • Full‑duplex mode using Bluetooth 4.0 protocol for reliable connection and good through‑wall performance.
  • Battery/connection status indication: indicator light flashes when battery is weak or Bluetooth connection is poor.
  • Designed around a two‑step, three‑key control mode suitable for X‑ray machine characteristics.
  • Compact receiving end allowing hidden fixed or hanging installation.
  • Receiving terminal provides three relay contact outputs and supports external voltage line connection without changing original machine working mode.
  • Control mode can be customized according to customer requirements.

Components / Models
  • Handle (transmitting terminal): C2UW-LP-I DA — uses three AAA (7#) alkaline batteries (recommended).
  • Receiver (receiving terminal): C2UW-LU DA — receiving terminal with relay outputs for integration.

Power supply & consumption
  • Handle (battery): Rated voltage 4.5V, allowable range 3V–4.5V.
  • Receiver (external power): Rated voltage 5V–12V; typical current consumption 100mA; allowable DC range 4.5V–13V; maximum current 400mA.

Transmitting terminal (handle) functions
  • Main switch 1st step: Ready.
  • Main switch 2nd step: Exposure.
  • Sub switch 3rd step: Control collimator.
  • Blue light (on handle): Bluetooth indicator.
  • Red light (on handle): Low voltage indicator.

Receiving terminal indicators and behavior
  • LED Light 1 (Red): Power‑on indicator — lights when the receiving terminal circuit is powered.
  • LED Light 2 (Blue): Bluetooth connection indicator — flashes = not connected; flashes quickly = connection in progress; off = connection successful and in low‑power state.
  • LED Light 3 (Green): Main switch 1st step ON (SW1).
  • LED Light 4 (Green): Main switch 2nd step ON (SW2).
  • LED Light 5 (Green): Sub switch 3rd step ON (SW3).

Technical specification / Characteristics
  • Models: C2UW-LP-I DA (transmitting handle), C2UW-LU DA (receiving terminal).
  • Bluetooth standard: Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy.
  • Operating frequency: 2.4GHz band (2.402GHz to 2.480GHz).
  • Communication range: About 10 m (open field).
  • Response time: When switch pressed — max 70 ms; when switch released — max 50 ms.
  • Number of simultaneous connections: Max 1.
  • Allowable operating frequency (shock): ≤ 60 times/min.
  • Vibration resistance (failure): 300 m/s.
  • Shock resistance (damage): Frequency 10 Hz to 55 Hz, double amplitude 1.5 mm.
  • Mechanical durability: Main switch ≥ 200,000 cycles; Sub switch ≥ 200,000 cycles.
  • Working temperature: 0 ℃ to 40 ℃.
  • Working humidity: 90% RH or below (no icing or condensation).
  • Weight: Handle about 0.1 kg (with base, no battery); Receiver about 0.05 kg.
  • Note: The above values are typical values.
  • Recommended batteries and replacement steps: Use three 7# (AAA) alkaline batteries only; replacement steps — (1) remove screws with Phillips screwdriver and open battery cover; (2) remove battery case and install three AAA alkaline batteries observing polarity; (3) return battery case to original position; (4) install battery cover and tighten screws.
