The AVD Series combines steam sterilization with vaporized hydrogen peroxide (HPV) biodecontamination in a single air lock, supporting the transfer of equipment and components into aseptic areas under GMP control. Sanitary GMP construction Built for sanitary application in regulated environments: fully drainable designs, non-retentive surfaces and 316L stainless steel with a smooth finish. Welds are ground flush and fabrication can be documented in a complete logbook. Process-contact materials with EN 10204 traceability and USP Class VI compliant elastomers. Barrier containment solutions Choose the right barrier for your facility: Air Differential Seal for aseptic areas, using controlled room pressure differential, or fully hermetic Bioseal for high-containment applications up to BSL-4. These seals can be fitted on one or both sides of the sterilizer for complete separation of process and technical areas
