IntroductionDLF01 is a compact benchtop vial stoppering machine integrating precision peristaltic filling and flexible stoppering. After manual vial loading, the unit automatically performs filling and stoppering with high repeatability. Servo-driven motion and vacuum stopper pickup support full and half stoppering modes. Photoelectric sensors enforce "no vial, no filling" and "no position, no stoppering" safety logic. The high-precision peristaltic pump enables accurate dosing from 0.1 mL to 50 mL.
