Modular laboratory chiller ECOtec.chiller xtend

The xtend.line is the highly flexible option within the new modular ECOtec.chiller series. Its areas of application cover all work and production processes in which temperatures and liquids play a role – regardless of industry. Thanks to numerous configuration options, this thermal management solution can be individually adapted to a wide range of requirements – for example, with additional cooling circuits, various media or an outdoor function. The xtend.line not only offers maximum flexibility, but also delivers outstanding energy efficiency and power density. Refrigerant usage is reduced by up to 60 % compared to conventional solutions thanks to microchannel technology. Depending on the ambient temperature, the unit also automatically regulates the system’s most energy-efficient operating point (SEPR value). This not only saves operating costs but also significantly reduces the carbon footprint. New: The xtend.line is also available with the natural refrigerant R290 (propane). This future-proof solution already meets the requirements of the EU F-gas regulation and actively supports the decarbonisation of industrial processes. In addition, the system offers high operational reliability: both the refrigerant and coolant circuits are continuously monitored via additional sensors.
