The water-based temperature control units of the teco wd series have been designed with a direct cooling concept. They are the ideal solution for processes that require a higher cooling capacity and for which clean process cooling water is available. The reliable and user-friendly units offer a high level of control accuracy at an optimised price/performance ratio. With a heating capacity up to 72 kW, a cooling capacity up to 600 kW, temperatures of 95°C and 150°C as well as a recirculation capacity of up to 500 l/min., the modular and customisable system covers a broad performance spectrum and is part of the flex.line portfolio. Thanks to its excellent performance, the system is suitable for extrusion, roller temperature control or general process applications. Its standard features include an electrical heating system. If required, the temperature control units can also be offered as units for steam, thermal oil or hot water heating after technical consultation. Additional equipment options are available upon request.
