Overview
The DE 4020 ADVANCED is a fully motorized column electronic hospital bed designed for hospitals, recovery units and long-term care facilities that require precise patient positioning, caregiver ergonomics and reliable daily clinical performance.

Design & Operation
The bed integrates a column lifting motor system and four electric motorized functions: backrest, knee-rest, height adjustment and Trendelenburg/reverse Trendelenburg. The column structure delivers smooth, quiet and stable movement for patient positioning and routine care.

Comfort & Safety
An auto-regression backrest (10 cm travel) improves patient comfort during backrest adjustment. Pneumatically operated polypropylene side rails and removable bed ends provide secure support and ergonomic access for caregivers.

Construction & Hygiene
Built on an epoxy-coated metal frame with removable antibacterial ABS mattress platform panels, the bed includes protective corner bumpers and drainage bag hooks on both sides to meet hygiene and durability requirements in intensive healthcare environments.

Controls & Accessories
Standard equipment includes a manual CPR function, hand remote control, angle indicators on head and foot side rails, a height-adjustable IV pole and Ø125 mm cross-lockable castors for safe patient handling and mobility.
