The TRINODAL DE 4050 MAX is a fully motorized flagship column ICU hospital bed with integrated weighing system developed for intensive care units and advanced healthcare environments requiring continuous patient monitoring, maximum safety and advanced clinical functionality.

Its integrated weighing system allows healthcare professionals to monitor patient weight directly on the bed without the need for patient transfer, supporting efficient patient management especially in critical care, long-term treatment and fluid balance monitoring applications.

The bed features an advanced column motor lifting system together with four electric motorized functions including backrest, knee-rest, height adjustment, Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg positioning. The column motor architecture provides smooth, silent and highly stable movement performance during intensive daily patient care procedures.

Integrated membrane side rail controls, detachable nurse control panel and patient hand remote provide efficient caregiver operation while maintaining controlled patient access to non-critical comfort functions.

The DE 4050 MAX also includes battery backup, manual CPR mechanism, underbed lighting and semi-automatic foot section adjustment up to parallel position to support emergency intervention capability, advanced patient comfort and caregiver ergonomics.

Manufactured with an epoxy coated metal frame, antibacterial removable ABS mattress platform panels, HPL X-ray translucent backrest section with cassette holder, polypropylene side rails and removable bed ends, the bed combines hygiene, durability and advanced ICU performance for demanding healthcare environments.

The integrated 18 cm bed extension system, stainless steel IV pole, trapeze bar, protective bumper covers and Ø150 mm double central lockable castors support safe patient handling and long-term clinical usability, while an optional 5th castor system can be added for improved maneuverability during patient transfer.
