The TRINODAL DE 4040 ULTRA is a fully motorized premium column ICU hospital bed developed for hospitals and critical care environments requiring advanced patient positioning, emergency functionality and enhanced caregiver control.

The bed features an advanced column motor lifting system together with four electric motorized functions including backrest, knee-rest, height adjustment, Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg positioning. The column motor architecture provides smooth, silent and highly stable movement performance during intensive daily clinical care procedures.

Integrated membrane control panels located on the side rails together with detachable nurse control panel and patient hand remote provide efficient caregiver operation while maintaining controlled patient access to non-critical functions.

The DE 4040 ULTRA includes manual CPR system, battery backup, underbed lighting and semi-automatic foot section adjustment up to parallel position to improve emergency response capability, patient comfort and caregiver ergonomics.

Manufactured with an epoxy coated metal frame, antibacterial removable ABS mattress platform panels, HPL X-ray translucent backrest section with cassette holder, polypropylene side rails and removable bed ends, the bed combines hygiene, durability and advanced clinical functionality for intensive healthcare environments.

The integrated 18 cm bed extension system, stainless steel IV pole, trapeze bar, protective bumper covers and Ø150 mm single central lockable castors further enhance patient handling, mobility and long-term clinical usability.
