Overview- Reduced internal corrosion when handling corrosive vapors
- Oil changes typically reduced by 90% or more compared with rotary vane pumps alone
- Most economical solution: in many applications a cold trap is no longer required
- Easy maintenance thanks to telescopic design
Product descriptionThe RC 6 Chemistry-HYBRID pump combines a two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump with a two-stage chemistry diaphragm pump to optimize corrosion resistance. The diaphragm pump maintains the oil reservoir under vacuum to keep solvent vapor partial pressures below their condensation points and to substantially reduce oxygen and corrosive gas concentrations. As a result, the RC 6 offers significantly higher solvent vapor handling capability and better resistance to aggressive gases than conventional rotary vane pumps.
