OverviewDeveloped for the biopharmaceutical industry, Pumpsil is an exceptionally pure platinum-cured silicone tubing offering an ultra-smooth bore that minimises protein binding and supports product purity. Suitable for single-use biopharma processes, pH control and media feed in fermentation, as well as accurate metering, transfer and filtration. Each tube is laser-marked with part number, lot number and use-by date. Fully documented biocompatibility and a comprehensive validation pack are available.

Traceability and packagingEach tube is laser-marked end-to-end with part number, lot number and use-by date for lot-level traceability. Tubing is produced in a controlled cleanroom and double-packed in heat-sealed polythene bags with identification. Reels up to 152 m available; a lot-specific certificate of conformance is included with each pack.
