DescriptionThe Fly Splint for the first finger is a ready-to-use, clean and economical splint designed for thumb stabilization. Fully radiolucent, it is suitable for use in emergency departments, orthopaedics, traumatology, operating rooms and casting rooms. It allows easy application: it can be trimmed with plaster scissors and thermo-molded using hot air. The material features variable thickness — thicker in the central area and thinner along the sides — providing both stability and flexibility. Ventilation holes ensure optimal breathability while the anatomical shape adapts quickly to the digit. The internal cotton sponge is treated with an antimicrobial agent to ensure patient comfort and hygiene. The product is biocompatible with the patient’s skin and can be applied directly without interposing additional material.
