DESCRIPTION
The Fly Splints have been created to be ready to use, simple, clean and economical. Totally radio-transparent, they can be used for stabilization of limbs in emergency rooms, orthopaedics, traumatology, surgery and plaster rooms, allowing an easy application thanks to the possibility to be trimmed with any plaster scissors and to be shaped with hot air. The different thickness of the material, more important in the central part and lighter along the sides, creates simultaneously stability and flexibility. The aeration holes allow optimal breathability and the anatomy of the shape adapts to the limbs quickly and ideally, the cotton sponge inside with an antimicrobial treatment ensures comfort and a healthy environment throughout the treatment. Product biocompatible with the patient’s skin and therefore applicable directly without interposing anything between the brace and the segment to be treated.
