The Astrolabe RCS 2.0 / 2.7 mm (Radiocarpal System) is indicated for primary and secondary radiocarpal arthrodesis, including cases involving bone defects and advanced rheumatic carpal destruction.

The system supports both short and long arthrodesis constructs extending from the distal radius to the carpus and, when required, to the metacarpal bones. It is designed to provide stable fixation for complex wrist reconstructions where joint preservation is no longer viable.

With 2.0 mm and 2.7 mm locking and non-locking screw configurations, the system enables angular stability, controlled compression, and rigid construct formation, promoting reliable fusion and structural stability in severe degenerative, post-traumatic, or inflammatory conditions.
