Software overview
SMART 3.0 is a video tracking system for automated evaluation of animal behavior in pre-clinical and neuroscience applications. The software records activity, trajectories, events, social interactions and global activity using image analysis that performs under challenging conditions (low light, similar subjects or backgrounds). Data outputs include customizable reports, 2D and 3D activity maps, zone transition lists and event lists with time evolution and occurrence distribution.
