OVERVIEW

• Caretray Trolley designed for medical and surgical environments to store and transport instruments, consumables and clinical supplies.
• Quick disassembly for thorough cleaning; compatible with steam cleaning and high-temperature machine washing.

KEY FEATURES

• Fully welded mild steel frame for structural integrity.
• Recyclable one-piece polypropylene top and side panels with smooth surfaces and radiused edges to assist cleaning and infection control.
• Top panel with raised edges on three sides to provide push handles and an integral front rim to contain spillages (top panel max load 30 kg).
• Side panels incorporate runners with positive stops to prevent trays from being accidentally withdrawn.
• Carerails fitted to either side to support a wide range of accessories and configuration options.
• Solid-grade laminate door and back panel to secure tray contents.
• Two locking options:
  • CAM Lock with wing handle – supplied with two keys
  • Electronic push-button lock – programmable 4-digit code

• Trays feature integral handles with clip-on plastic label covers; coloured label strips supplied (white, blue, green, yellow, red).
• Each tray supplied with two long and two short dividers. Max load per tray: 5 kg.
• Polyurethane ring buffers to protect trolley and building fabrics; 100 mm polymer castors, two braked.
