• Recyclable polypropylene one-piece top & side panels with smooth surfaces and radiused edges (compatible with steam cleaning)
• Top panel – raised edges on three sides give defined grab points for pushing; integral front rim contains spillages (top max load 30 kg)
• Side panels – runners with positive stops to prevent trays from being withdrawn accidentally
• Carerails on either side to accept a wide range of accessories
• Solid grade laminate door & back panel for secure tray storage
• Two locking options available:
  • High Security Bolt Lock – supplied with two keys
  • Electronic Push Button Lock – programmable four-digit code
• Standard pre-configuration includes:
  • Overbridge, mild steel
  • Four-compartment tilt bin, mild steel
  • Five-compartment tilt bin, mild steel
  • Waste bin & bracket, 8 litre
• Translucent, impact-resistant trays & dividers with smooth surfaces and radiused edges (compatible with steam cleaning / high-temperature machine washing)
• Trays feature integral handle with clip-on plastic label cover; coloured label strips supplied (white, blue, green, yellow & red)
• Each tray supplied with 2 long & 2 short dividers
• Maximum load per tray: 5 kg
• Polyurethane ring buffers to protect the trolley and surrounding fabric
• 100 mm polymer castors, two braked
