Overview

• Purpose-built trolley for A&E and plaster rooms to store, transport and secure cast-related supplies. Fully welded mild steel frame with recyclable polypropylene top and side panels designed for ease of cleaning and compatibility with steam/high-temperature washing.

• Recyclable one-piece polypropylene top and side panels with smooth, radiused edges (steam compatible)
• Raised top panel edges on three sides for defined push/grab points; front rim contains spillages (top max load 30 kg)
• Side panels with runners and positive stops to prevent accidental tray withdrawal
• Carerails on both sides for accessories
• Solid-grade laminate door and back panel for tray security
• Locking options: CAM lock with wing handle (supplied with 2 keys) or electronic push-button lock (programmable 4-digit code)
• Pre-configured accessories: overbridge, four-compartment tilt bin, bowl support & bracket, stainless steel 7 L bowl, 8 L waste bin & bracket, glove/mask box holder
• Translucent impact-resistant trays and dividers, machine-washable and steam compatible; trays with integral handle and clip-on label cover (white, blue, green, yellow, red)
• Tray capacity: max 5 kg per tray; polyurethane ring buffers protect trolley and building fabric
• 100 mm polymer castors, two braked
