Description

Overview
DEBONE is a collagen-based bone graft matrix developed for regenerative orthopedic, spinal and dental applications. It combines ultra-pure Type I bovine collagen with bioactive β-TCP to provide an osteoconductive, biocompatible and clinically versatile scaffold for bone defect repair.

Key composition
Ultra-pure Type I bovine collagen matrix (over 95% collagen purity) combined with β-TCP (beta-tricalcium phosphate) to promote mineralization, osteogenesis and gradual resorption with replacement by natural bone.

CE certification & ISO compliance
DEBONE is CE-certified and manufactured under a certified ISO Quality Management System, assuring sterility, traceability and quality control for implantable use.

Composition and osteogenic potential
The Type I bovine collagen serves as a natural extracellular matrix mimic supporting osteoblast attachment, vascular in-growth and cellular colonization. The incorporated β-TCP contributes to early mineralization, mechanical integrity and gradual resorption, forming an osteoconductive platform that facilitates biological bone regeneration.

Clinical advantages
  • Bioabsorbable: naturally resorbs and is replaced by new bone, avoiding secondary removal procedures.
  • Biocompatible and safe: low risk of immune reaction or inflammation.
  • High osteoconductivity: supports cell adhesion, migration and proliferation.
  • Available in two physical forms (granules and sponges) for surgical flexibility.
  • Suitable across multiple surgical fields including orthopedics, dental, spine, maxillofacial and trauma.

Indications for use
DEBONE is intended for the repair of bone defects and voids including:
  • Bone augmentation prior to implant placement
  • Alveolar ridge reconstruction
  • Sinus lift procedures
  • Periodontal defect filling
  • Long bone non-unions and fractures
  • Cystic and tumor resection defects
  • Spinal fusion and vertebral defect repair
  • Trauma-related bone loss

Physical forms and particle sizes
DEBONE is manufactured in two physical forms to suit different defect types:
  • Sponge (SW) — compressed and porous, shape-retaining, ideal for irregular cavities
  • Granule (G) — loose particles for interspace filling and load adaptability

Available particle size ranges:
  • 0.7–1.5 mm
  • 2–3 mm
  • 3–5 mm
  • 6–7 mm
