Structure and refrigeration
Monocoque construction in white plastified non-toxic steel inside/outside with certified antibacterial treatment or with interior in AISI 304 stainless steel 18/10. Rounded corners and sump-shaped bottom. High-density injected polyurethane insulation (43 kg/m3), CFC-free with ecological water-blown injection. Insulation thickness: 70 mm rear / 50 mm sides. Solid door for excellent thermal insulation; full-length recessed anodized aluminium ergonomic handle; magnetic gasket on all four sides; automatic closing with return spring and 90° door stay; reversible door opening. Internal lighting: full-height LED. Refrigeration type: professional forced-air. Defrosting: automatic, adaptive with condensate evaporation.

ECT-F PLUS electronic controller
Temperature display and setting with 0.1°C resolution and accuracy ±0.3°C; 16-character backlit alphanumeric LCD display configurable in 5 languages; 4-key membrane keypad. Backup battery for power-failure alarm up to 48 hours; Tmin/Tmax temperature memory; clean contact on the electronic board for remote alarm integration; configurable display modes; customizable password for protection of power on/off/set-point changes; event recording (16 events) and alarm display even without mains power.
