Trapeziometacarpal joint implant INCA™

The INCA™ prosthesis is designed for the treatment of scapho-trapezio-trapezoid (S.T.T.) osteoarthritis. This is a resurfacing implant of the scaphoid distal pole. DESCRIPTION The anatomical shape of the implant ensures a perfect match to the trapezio-trapezoid joint surface and is available in 2 sizes. The stem of the implant ensures its primary stability. The double coating of porous titanium and hydroxyapatite ensures secondary stability. The instrumentation is simple and adapted to the surgical approach of the tight S.T.T. joint.
