Overview
The V3k three-crank manual hospital bed provides backrest, knee-rest and height adjustments without electrical power, designed for wards and healthcare projects. Integrated PP bed platform, foldable side rails, covered castors, bumper wheels and standardized ward accessories simplify cleaning, maintenance and multi-site procurement.

Platform
Integrated PP bed platform manufactured with advanced techniques. 4–5 section construction allows independent installation and easy maintenance. Seat area enlarges when the back section is raised to improve patient comfort and reduce foam depression at the seat panel.

Castors
5" covered castors with TPR tread and anti-winding hard-shell cover formed without bolts. Durability verified by dynamic test: passes obstacles 40,000 times under a 200 kg whole-bed load.

Head & Foot Board
Plug-in type head and foot boards in LG Chem PP material. Fitted with Ф65 bumper wheels to prevent collisions.

Mattress Retainer
Platform-integrated mattress retainers on both sides of the back and leg sections with a border height of 33 mm to secure the mattress.

Guardrail
Aluminum-alloy side rails, 6-staff collapsed type with a safety lock.

Additional ward features

• Wall bumper wheels: horizontal corner bumpers at the outer periphery to protect bed and wall
