Overview
The V3k three-crank manual hospital bed is a mechanical, three-function patient bed designed for clinical wards and healthcare projects where electrical operation is not required. Key features include a sectional PP platform, three manual cranks for backrest/knee/height adjustment, integrated mattress retainers, aluminium-alloy collapsible side rails with safe locks, protected 5" castors and bed-end bumper wheels, and a selection of ward accessories (IV pole, drainage hooks, optional auto-regression, utility shelf, trapeze bracket).

Platform
Integrated PP bed platform manufactured with advanced processes. 4–5 section platform enables independent installation and easier maintenance. Seat area enlarges when back part is raised to increase patient comfort and reduces sponge depression at the seat panel.

Castors
5" covered castors with TPR tire engineered for durability (TPR performance tested for extended running). Anti-winding hard shell cover formed without bolts. Dynamic tests passed: 40,000 obstacle passes under 200 kg whole-bed load.

Head & Foot Board
LG Chem fresh PP material, plugin type. Equipped with Ф65 bumper wheels to prevent collision.

Mattress Retainer
Platform-integrated mattress retainers at both sides of the back and leg section, with a 33 mm border height.

Guardrail
Aluminium alloy 6-staff collapsed-type side rail with safe lock.

Additional Ward Accessories

• Wall bumper wheel: horizontal corner bumpers at the outer periphery to protect bed and wall.
• Drainage hooks: mobile plastic drainage hooks (2 pcs standard).
• IV pole: stainless steel IV pole (bearing 15 kg) with 4 hooks standard.
