Overview
The V4W manual hospital bed is a mechanically operated patient bed with a four-crank system that provides five positioning functions (backrest, knee-rest, height, Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg) without electrical power. It is designed for clinical wards and procurement projects that require reliable mechanical positioning, low maintenance and electrical independence. The bed features an integrated 4–5 section PP platform to reduce sponge depression at the seat panel and enlarge the seat area when the back section is raised, foldable L-shaped guardrails with ProErgo-Handle™, PP head/foot boards and Φ65 bumper wheels.

• Platform: Integrated PP bed platform, available in 4–5 sections; independent installation for maintenance; enlarged seat area when back section is raised; reduces seat-panel depression.
• Castors: 5” hardshell castors with TPR tires and anti-winding cover, designed to pass dynamic obstacle tests at 200 kg load.
• Head & Foot Boards: LG Chem PP material, plug-in type; equipped with Φ65 bumper wheels to reduce impact.
• Wall bumper wheel: Horizontal corner bumpers at outermost periphery to protect bed and wall.
• Guardrail: L-shaped foldable, patented design with bent-tube installation, anti-pinch and stable (no shaking).
• Mattress retainer: Integrated on both sides of back and leg sections with 33 mm high border.
