Overview
The K2k Manual Bed (SK-C1) is a metal manual hospital bed with two retractable hand cranks for backrest and knee-rest adjustment, a robot-welded steel mattress platform and ward-standard accessories. Designed for general wards, renovation projects and facilities that require reliable operation without electrical power.

Highlights

• Head & foot board: Integrated protective corners with hollow design and barrel-type bumper wheels (Ø60 mm) for reduced footprint; removable for cleaning.
• Castors: 5" covered TPR castors with high wear resistance and anti-winding shell; validated in dynamic tests (support 120 kg, 30 km travel, pass 500 obstacles without deformation).
• Platform: Robot-welded stamping-formed steel platform, polished finish with no visible weld scars; safe working load 200 kg.
• Siderail: Aluminium-alloy horizontal bars with six vertical stainless-steel posts and plastic handle; foldable siderail set available for patient protection and access.
• Hand cranks: Two retractable hand cranks to adjust backrest and knee-rest; durability tested to 100,000 cycles.
• Accessories: Injection-moulded drainage hooks on both sides and stainless-steel IV pole with four plastic hooks (capacity up to 15 kg).
