Labotemp Semi Automatic Rotary Microtome ROM-07 is a precision semi-automatic microtome designed for controlled tissue sectioning in histopathology, pharmaceutical, and research laboratories. It combines electronic control with manual operation to deliver reproducible thin sections across a wide cut thickness range of 0.5–100 µm, supporting routine diagnostics and specialized sample preparation workflows.

Stable specimen handling is provided with a horizontal specimen stroke and vertical specimen stroke and full 360° specimen rotation for precise orientation. The intelligent control system enables accurate adjustment of sectioning and trimming parameters to improve consistency during daily microtomy. Adjustable feed speeds, multiple trimming modes, specimen retraction and semi-automatic operation enhance workflow efficiency and section quality.
