Dental Class B benchtop steam autoclave Labotemp LDA-02 is engineered for dental clinics, medical practices and diagnostic/research laboratories. Using saturated steam with triple pre‑vacuum cycles, it provides validated sterilization for dental handpieces, hollow and surgical instruments, cassettes, wrapped loads and porous materials. The compact benchtop format and intuitive controls support traceable sterilization workflows required in regulated clinical environments.

Design and operation
The unit integrates a corrosion‑resistant stainless steel chamber, a rapid built‑in steam generator and microcomputer control with an LCD touch interface. Built‑in BD, Helix and vacuum test functions, USB/printer/U‑disk output and automated water fill, air discharge and steam exhaust simplify validation and record keeping. Multiple safety interlocks (over‑temperature, over‑pressure, low‑water, door lock) and intelligent diagnostics protect operators and loads. Benchtop footprint, low power draw and 110V/220V (50Hz/60Hz) compatibility ease installation in clinics and labs.
