Forced-air, frost-free cooling and uniform chamber circulation preserve platelet quality for transfusion and laboratory use.
Design & operationBuilt for continuous clinical operation, the LPA-107 features a stainless steel chamber and SPCC powder-coated exterior for easy cleaning and corrosion resistance. Operation is managed by a microprocessor controller with digital display, integrated UV light, built-in thermal printer for record-keeping, and a 72-hour power-failure backup. Safety functions include high/low temperature alarms, power-failure alarm, sensor-fault alarm, door-ajar alarm and a lockable door to protect platelet inventories.
