Overview
Patented LED ceiling panel designed and manufactured for life‑sciences cleanrooms (ISO 5–9) and semi‑industrial environments (ISO 2–9). Compatible with hydrogen peroxide vapour (H2O2) and other common room biodecontamination treatments.

Innovation
Surface mounting directly onto cleanroom ceilings eliminates the need to cut openings, simplifying cleanroom layouts. Waterproof construction and absence of retention surfaces reduce contamination risk. The DALSP-X‑6P3 size is particularly suitable for airlocks and workbench lighting.

Long lifetime (>100 000 hours L70B10), low maintenance and low energy consumption, with several dimming options, reduce operating costs and downtime.

Versatility
The DALSP-X range offers selectable luminous flux and colour temperatures (including inactinic options) to adapt lighting to ceiling height and process constraints (e.g., research labs, inactinic zones).

Material
Front screen in injected polycarbonate with a flush diffuser bonded to an aluminium heat diffusion plate for thermal management and sealing.

Mounting
Installed with four self‑tapping stainless‑steel screws applied to the back of the fixture; four injected polycarbonate caps cover the screws to ensure full sealability without ceiling openings.

Power conversion
Powered by corrected, regulated constant current supplied by LUCISBIO CAC power converters. Converters available 0–10 V or DALI dimmable.
