Revamping concept
For renovation or refurbishment of cleanrooms, LUCISBIO provides retrofit solutions to replace fluorescent tubes without using original fluorescent connectors. The retrofit components are dimensioned and weighted to fit existing housings. Mechanical design is validated in 3D to ensure straightforward installation. The concept preserves the original fixture IP rating and provides electrical protection by regulating current and protecting LEDs from supply imperfections. Thermal dissipation is engineered to preserve LED lifetime while ensuring reliable operation with minimal maintenance downtime.
