The Decu plus combi is a replacement alternating-pressure mattress system for prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers (decubitus) stage II–III. It combines a 13 cm air-cell layer and a 5 cm foam base, supports up to 200 kg and is available in widths 80 or 90 cm (length 200 cm). The system includes 20 air cells with 4 non-alternating head cells (pillow function) and 6 cells with micro-ventilation. Optional Quick Release (QR) connectors enable rapid zero-pressure disconnection in high-risk areas. The semi-automatic compressor sets pressure automatically according to patient weight.
