The Astrolabe Malleolus 3.5 locking compression plate is specifically designed for internal fixation of distal and lateral malleolar fractures of the ankle. It features a low-profile design with 3.5 mm locking holes and multiple hole configurations (e.g., 5, 6, 8, and 10 holes) to accommodate a range of fracture patterns. The system can be used in combination with Ø 3.5 mm cannulated screws (partially or fully threaded) to achieve stable fracture reduction and fixation.

This solution is particularly indicated for distal fibular fractures involving the lateral malleolus and is part of Astrolabe’s ankle trauma portfolio for small fragment fixation.
