Description

The Astrolabe Metaphyseal 3.5/4.5mm (LIVTrauma) plate combines the stability of a fixed-angle locking construct with the versatility of dynamic compression holes within the same plate, allowing surgeons to apply either locking, compression, or hybrid fixation techniques according to the fracture pattern.

These plates are specifically indicated for the treatment of metaphyseal fractures that may extend into the diaphyseal (shaft) region, providing stable fixation in areas of cancellous bone while ensuring adequate shaft support. The system is designed to optimize load distribution, enhance construct stability, and promote reliable fracture healing.

Note: Astrolabe sells exclusively to distributors (not end-users). This plate is part of a complete system. Please refer to the PDF for the full set of components. Plates, screws, and instruments are not sold individually.
