The Astrolabe Clavicle 2.7 / 3.5 mm system (LIVTrauma) combines the mechanical strength of a fixed-angle locking construct with integrated compression slots within the same plate, allowing the application of locking, compression, or hybrid fixation techniques according to fracture morphology and bone quality.

The system includes a wide variety of anatomically pre-contoured plates designed to accommodate the complex S-shaped geometry of the clavicle, ensuring optimized fit and load distribution while minimizing the need for intraoperative contouring.

It is indicated for the stabilization of:

• Clavicle shaft fractures
• Lateral (distal) clavicle fractures
• Clavicle malunions
• Clavicle non-unions

The 2.7 mm and 3.5 mm screw platform provides angular stability and construct rigidity, particularly beneficial in comminuted fracture patterns and osteoporotic bone, supporting reliable fracture healing and restoration of shoulder biomechanics.
