The Astrolabe Small Fragments System (LIVTrauma) combines the mechanical strength of a fixed-angle locking construct with integrated dynamic compression slots within the same plate, enabling locking, compression, or hybrid fixation techniques according to fracture characteristics and bone quality.

Comprising a wide variety of plate configurations, the system is designed to address multiple surgical demands across different anatomical regions. The 3.5 mm platform supports angular stability, controlled compression, and reliable construct formation, making it suitable for fracture fixation, osteotomies, and reconstructive procedures.
