The A6 is an arm rehabilitation and assessment robotic system that simulates arm movement in real time, enabling passive and active multidimensional training with integrated interactive feedback and objective assessment tools. Designed for clinical and therapy settings, it supports early passive mobilization, active-assisted training and outcome monitoring to guide personalized rehabilitation plans.
Indications- Patients with upper-limb dysfunction due to central nervous system injuries (stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury) or peripheral nerve, muscle or bone lesions.
- Postoperative motor disorders and reduced muscle strength where progressive passive-to-active training is required.
Training modes- Passive mode: Therapist-defined sessions simulate activities of daily living and enable repeated, continuous and stable trajectory training for early rehabilitation.
- Active–passive mode: System adjusts exoskeleton guidance at each joint to allow patients to use residual strength while receiving targeted assistance.
- Active mode: Patient-initiated movement in any direction; supports single-joint or multi-joint training with interactive exercises to increase patient engagement.
- Prescription mode: Focus on activities of daily living using selectable training prescriptions to accelerate functional recovery.
- Trajectory training mode: Therapist creates custom motion trajectories by specifying joints, angles and execution order for diversified, task-specific training.
Assessment and data management- Patient management: login, registration and basic information handling.
- Objective assessment: range of motion (ROM) measurement, data archiving, visualization and report printing.
- Recording: preset trajectory and speed recording, training history and report viewing for clinical follow-up.
