Product Introduction
The A3-2Pro Gait Training & Evaluation System is a lower limb rehabilitation robot designed for high-efficiency rehabilitation training of gait dysfunction. The device consists of five core modules: computer control system, gait correction unit, dynamic-static partial weight-bearing system, medical treadmill system and scene interactive training system. In upright posture, patients receive repetitive gait training with fixed motion trajectories to reinforce physiological gait memory, boost proprioceptive afferent input and facilitate the formation of correct motor patterns. This process promotes cerebral structural and functional remodeling, establishes normative walking patterns, activates relevant muscles and joints, and accelerates the recovery of lower limb motor function. It enables patients with poor balance, insufficient muscle strength or inability to stand to receive early gait intervention. For patients in gait rehabilitation phase, the system delivers complete gait cycle training covering heel strike to toe-off, offering standardized, repetitive physiological gait patterns.

Short Description
  • Patient height: up to 200 cm
  • Patient weight: up to 135 kg
  • Lower leg length adjustment range: 0–11 cm
  • Guidance force adjustment range: 1%–100%
  • Treatment time: 0–99 min

Indications
Patients with lower limb gait dysfunction induced by neurological disorders (stroke, brain injury, paraplegia, etc.), or patients requiring rehabilitation of lower limb walking function after surgery.

Product Features
  • The whole system is driven by 7 high-performance motors to deliver safe and efficient power output.
  • Cushioned treadmill design reduces reaction force on lower limb joints to protect knees and ligaments.
  • Multiple safety protection functions combining active stop and passive protection.
  • Abundant clinical data applications and training scenarios to establish physiological-like walking patterns and diversified training games.
  • More than two suspension partial weight-bearing fixing schemes to improve patient comfort and treatment experience.
  • Intelligent data recording, feedback and assessment training reports for observing functional status and rehabilitation progress.

Exoskeleton Gait Correction System
  • Lower limb exoskeleton dimensions optimized through long-term application and iteration to match physical characteristics of target populations.
  • Exoskeleton drive: 200 W high-power motors for stable power output.
  • Independent adjustable depth of lumbosacral hip, back depth and back width; wrapped structure for adjustable parts to prevent exposed transmission components and protect patients and operators.

Medical Treadmill System
  • Cushioned treadmill structure to reduce joint impact.
  • Extra-wide treadmill belt provides ample and safe space for walking training.
  • Treadmill can operate independently with a dedicated control interface for active training without exoskeleton in middle/late rehabilitation stages.

Scene Interactive Training System
  • Abundant gamified interactive training scenes: no less than 12 unique game scenarios.
  • Integrated all-in-one design with display and operating system transmitting data via high-definition connections to ensure real-time scene interaction and system stability.

Dynamic & Static Partial Weight-Bearing System
  • Vertical column height: 268 cm, compatible with patients up to 200 cm tall.
  • Multiple suspension partial weight-bearing fixing schemes to enhance comfort and treatment experience.

Safety Protection System
  • Bilateral push-type emergency stop switches.
  • Wireless handheld remote emergency stop switch.
  • Manual release protection function upon power failure of the weight relief system.
  • Automatic stop protection triggered by spasm detection.
  • Equipped with pulse oximetry and pulse rate sensor to display real-time changes in blood oxygen saturation and pulse rate.

IoT Data Interface & Intelligent Report Module
  • Real-time data feedback during training.
  • Assessment reports and training reports.
  • Upgrade port for IoT digital platform.
  • Upgrade interface for neuromuscular electrical stimulation accessories.

Contraindications
Severe orthostatic hypotension, fractures, severe osteoporosis, malignant bone and joint tumors, early post-operative period, severely limited joint range of motion, acute swelling, acute inflammation, acute strains or sprains with severe pain, severe cardiovascular diseases, open wounds at or adjacent to the training area.

Additional Capabilities
Diversified scene interactive games; scientific and professional training modes; intelligent tracking and assessment; efficient gait and joint range of motion evaluation.
