Description

Product Introduction
The upper limb training and evaluation system is the first AI 3D upper limb rehabilitation robot for clinical application in China. Integrated with computer technology and rehabilitation medical theories, it simulates human upper limb kinematics in real time and provides 6-degree-of-freedom training with precise 3D spatial motion control.

Assessment and Function
It delivers precise quantitative assessment covering three major upper limb joints (shoulder, elbow, wrist) and six motion planes: horizontal shoulder adduction & abduction, shoulder forward flexion, shoulder internal & external rotation, elbow flexion, forearm pronation & supination, wrist palmar flexion & dorsiflexion. Real-time data analysis helps therapists formulate treatment plans and improve clinical efficiency. All assessment and training data are stored for statistical analysis. Real-time 5G medical interconnection is supported.

Indications
Indicated for upper limb dysfunction or limited mobility caused by central nervous system lesions, peripheral neuropathy, spinal cord injury, myopathy or orthopedic skeletal disorders. Customized training programs enhance muscle strength, expand joint range of motion and restore overall motor function.

Functional Features
  • Active Training Mode: Patients voluntarily drive the robotic arm to move freely within 3D space. Therapists select target joints and matching interactive scenario games for single-joint or multi-joint customized training.
  • Passive Training Mode: Trajectory programming allows customization of target joint, range of motion and movement velocity to formulate individualized passive mobilization trajectories; gamified scenarios improve patient engagement.
  • Active-Passive Training Mode: Adjustable guiding force assists patients during training; guiding force can be customized according to muscle strength.
  • Trajectory Learning Mode: AI trajectory memory records and reproduces therapist-specific manual mobilization paths for repetitive customized trajectory training.
  • Customized Functional Modules: Automatic arm switching (one-click left/right), wireless connection between interactive scenario terminal and robot, laser alignment for precise positioning.
  • Data Query Module: User management (patient login/registration/edit/delete), assessment module (measure joint ROM, store assessment data, view/print reports, record preset trajectories and velocity), report module (review full historical training records).
