This product activates a set of muscles which include Deltoid, Biceps brachii and Tricep brachii. . An user can easily start his or her exercise by sitting on the shoulder press /Lat pull, keeping the back straight. The legs are put on the ground and handles are held firmly. During the end position, the user has to press the hand upward up to the utmost height and then stop for some time and again start as before. The user must keep the back straight.
