Abductor / Hip Adductor activates the muscle group like tensor fasciae latea, gluteus maximus and adductor. An individual can easily exercise by sitting on the hip-adductor or abductor, keeping the back straight. The legs are placed on the pad and the handles are held. Throughout the entire movement, the back should be kept close to the pad. The legs are abducted and after resting for sometime, pulled back to the original position.
