The device activates muscle groups of biceps brachii and Triceps brachii. At the starting, the user should sit on the triceps or biceps, placing the forearms on the pads and holding the handles. At the end, the arms are curled upward to a maximum height. After stopping for some time, the arms are placed down to the initial position. During movements, the arms are kept as close to the pad as possible.
