Product information
Cart made entirely of stainless steel with a single-walled, fully enclosed hygienic construction. Loading is via a double-walled hinged door with up to 270° opening. The self-locking door is guided on a vertical push rod by robust stainless-steel hinges. A door locking mechanism with a transport latch and an optional integrated seal in the upper door area, together with overlapping pieces securing the lower door edge, ensures safe closure during transport. Hygienic, easy-to-clean door seals provide dust protection. Door retention during loading is achieved with overlapping pieces without additional hand- or foot-operated elements. The rear wall features a triple roll bead for stiffening and sound insulation. The interior is standardly equipped with removable and height-adjustable L-profile support rails to accept standard sterile goods baskets/containers across the full interior height. Four vertically continuous push rods (two per side) allow maneuvering even with open doors. The form-stable chassis is suitable for off-site transport and can be adapted to automatic cart transport systems. Collision protection is provided by a continuous bumper strip with end cutouts for towing devices and remains effective with the door open. The cart runs on two swivel castors with total lock and two fixed castors, secured with multiple screwed mounting plates. The cart is washing machine resistant.
