CHW ANA LYM EHR Test Kit for dogs. Lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for qualitative detection of Heartworm antigen (CHW) and antibodies to Anaplasma spp. (ANA), Borrelia burgdorferi (LYM) and Ehrlichia canis (EHR) in canine serum, plasma and whole blood. Assay time: 5–10 minutes.

Introduction
This 4-panel combo test screens for heartworm (antigen) and three common tick-borne infections (antibodies). Heartworm antigen indicates presence of Dirofilaria immitis antigen; antibody lines detect exposure or immune response to Lyme, Ehrlichia and Anaplasma. Positive antibody results may require confirmatory laboratory testing to distinguish active infection from past exposure.

Principle
Sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay: antigen capture for Heartworm (CHW) and antibody capture for LYM, EHR and ANA.

Storage and stability
Store kit at 2–30°C. Do not freeze. Stable until expiration date (18 months) shown on package. Protect from direct sunlight.

Test procedure

• Equilibrate specimen and device to 15–25°C before testing.
• Open foil pouch and place test card on a horizontal surface.
• Add 20 μL of specimen into vial of assay buffer, mix, then dispense 3 drops (≈120 μL) of diluted sample into sample well "S".
• Read result at 5–10 minutes. Results read after 10 minutes are invalid.

Interpretation of assay result

• Positive (+): Control line "C" and test line "T" visible (T may be faint).
• Negative (−): Only control line "C" visible; no test line.
• Invalid: Control line "C" absent; result invalid regardless of T line.
