Principle
The kit uses lateral flow immunochromatography for the differential detection of FCV Ag, FHV Ag, FCOV Ag and FPV Ag in feline specimens.

Storage and stability
Store the kit at 2-30°C. The test is stable until the expiration date (18 months) on the package. DO NOT FREEZE. Avoid direct sunlight.

Test Procedure
Collect fresh whole blood from the cat and prepare serum or plasma as required. Perform the test immediately after specimen collection.
  • Remove the test device from the foil pouch and place it horizontally
  • Add 2-3 drops (approximately 70–100 µL) of serum or plasma into the sample well, start the timer and wait
  • Read the result at 5-10 minutes. Results read after 15 minutes are invalid

Interpretation of assay result
  • Positive: C line and corresponding T line(s) are present (T line may be faint)
  • Negative: Only a clear C line is visible; no T line
  • Invalid: No C line appears, regardless of T line presence
