The Dengue IgG/IgM/NS1 Combo Rapid Test Device IDE-432 is a lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of dengue IgG, IgM and NS1 antigen in human whole blood, serum or plasma. The device delivers on-site results within minutes and is intended for use in clinics, hospitals and other point-of-care or resource-limited settings.

Principle
The cassette contains a conjugate pad with dengue recombinant envelope antigens conjugated to colloidal gold and rabbit IgG-gold conjugates, and a nitrocellulose membrane with test bands (G, M and NS1) and a control band (C). When specimen migrates by capillary action, dengue-specific antibodies or NS1 antigen (if present) bind to the conjugates and are captured at the corresponding bands, producing visible burgundy-colored lines. Appearance of the G band indicates dengue IgG; the M band indicates dengue IgM; the NS1 band indicates presence of NS1 antigen.
