Product overviewThe Dengue IgG/IgM/NS1 Combo Rapid Test Device is a lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of dengue IgG, IgM and NS1 antigen (Dengue Ag) in human whole blood, serum or plasma.
PrincipleThe test cassette contains a conjugate pad with dengue recombinant envelope antigens conjugated with colloidal gold and rabbit IgG-gold conjugates, and a nitrocellulose membrane strip with two test bands (G and M) and a control band (C). The G band is for detection of anti-dengue IgG, the M band is for detection of anti-dengue IgM, and the C band is the procedural control (goat anti-rabbit IgG). When specimen is applied, it migrates by capillary action; dengue-specific antibodies or NS1 antigen bind dengue conjugates and are captured at the corresponding test band, producing a visible burgundy colored band to indicate a positive result.
Key benefits and application- Combined detection of IgG, IgM and NS1 antigen in a single cassette for broader diagnostic coverage and simplified workflow.
- Rapid, point-of-care lateral flow format delivering on-site results within minutes.
- Compatible with whole blood, serum or plasma; suited to clinics, hospitals and resource-limited settings.
- Supports early detection and clinical decision-making, and contributes to epidemiological surveillance and vector control activities.

Technical features / specifications- Assay type: Lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay.
- Targets detected: Dengue IgG antibodies, Dengue IgM antibodies, Dengue NS1 antigen.
- Specimen types: Human whole blood (WB), serum (S) or plasma (P).
- Test cassette components: Conjugate pad with dengue recombinant envelope antigens-colloidal gold and rabbit IgG-gold; nitrocellulose membrane with G (IgG), M (IgM) and C (control) bands.
- Result interpretation: Appearance of G band indicates anti-dengue IgG positive (suggesting past or secondary infection); appearance of M band indicates anti-dengue IgM positive (suggesting recent infection); appearance of NS1 band indicates presence of dengue antigen (early infection). C band must appear for a valid test.
- Intended use: Qualitative, point-of-care screening and rapid diagnosis to assist clinical decision-making and surveillance.
