Overview
The AD Series is a wraparound cartoning machine for bouillon cubes fed from upstream dosing equipment. It forms cartons from flat blanks with tucked end flaps and hot‑melt glued longitudinal seams. The series handles carton capacities from 2 to 48 cubes while offering compact footprint and full electronic/servo motion control to optimise format changeovers and production consistency.

Key variants

• AD8 — optimised for FD8 dosing; up to 400 boxes/min; full servomotor architecture for rapid changeovers.
• AD8/V — higher-speed version for FD12; up to 600 boxes/min; enhanced throughput and optional TPM‑oriented design (illuminated viewing panels, transparent interlocked guards).
• AD10 — designed for FD10 integration; up to 500 boxes/min; compact layout with on-board electrical cabinet, flexible carton handling, on-board rejection and single-lane outfeed; optional automatic flat-blank loader.
