Overview

• The KERN OBE 131 is a transmitted-light laboratory microscope designed for routine medical, veterinary and training use. It has a monocular tube (butterfly tube available on binocular/trinocular models) and a rear storage compartment for the power cable.
• USB port supports powering via an external powerbank in addition to mains supply.
• 3 W LED illumination with continuous dimming for uniform transmitted-light contrast.
• Height-adjustable, focusable Abbe condenser (NA 1.25) with iris diaphragm for optimal light concentration.
• Coaxial coarse and fine focusing with minimum fine drive 0.002 mm; focusing knobs on both sides for ergonomic handling.
• Fully equipped mechanical cross stage with height adjustment and rapid sample movement via ergonomic coaxial drive.
