Description
Pediatric lower-limb abduction wedge P-SS-28 prevents hip adduction contractures in young patients and reduces the risk of medial-side pressure ulcers. It maintains correct supine leg positioning and helps avoid leg crossing thanks to a special upper cover secured with VelcroFit™.

Filling details
PureMed™ – antibacterial fabric containing Silver Zeolite; easy to disinfect, lightweight, soft and shapeable. AirMesh™ – aerating, massaging fabric for direct body contact. Granules – very light polystyrene beads adapt to anatomy and allow air migration through the vapour-permeable PureMed™ cover. AntySlip™ – prevents cushion movement on the mattress. VelcroFit™ – Velcro system for positioning and combining STABILObed® elements.

Disinfection & maintenance
PureMed™ meets essential requirements for medical products. Clean coated materials with neutral pH soap solution (approx. pH 7) using a soft sponge or damp cloth; rub gently and wipe dry. Repeat monthly to preserve colour and finish. Stains may be treated with 25% ethanol solution; rub gently and wipe dry. Avoid domestic cleaners and agents intended for 'eco-leather'.
